PRONUNCIATION!!!

It is extremely weird to mention that I had a
very good experience on my micro teaching. At the beginning of the process I
worked with my classmate Javier "The Illuminati" we had planned a
very nice 20 minute class which became a bit boring in general. I am aware that
as our strengths we have our pronunciation and also our own vocabulary and that
is completely useful in many ways.
Is it so difficult to achieve a very nice class? I think not. We took the level of kindergarten in order to have more fun teaching English.
The class consisted on the Alphabet in the way of pronunciation and also a video with a wonderful song in order for the kids to learn in many ways at the same time. Lets all remember that in our classrooms we will all have mixed ability students, in other words, we need to find many was in order to teach the same topic but for all of our students.
The class was divided in two main parts. The first one the students were repeating the letter of the alphabet but also they were learning different types of fruits or vegetables which existed with the letter they pronounced at the moment.
At the time of getting to the end, we played a game with the complete class who had to repeat the names of the fruits or vegetables without seeing the pages provided previously. There were many people who answered correctly and the students who participated the most got a surprise. The surprise consisted on a bookmark or separator with a very nice message printed.
Students were very happy with the surprise provided and were willing at the end to continue participating. We did not have the opportunity to finish off with the video but below you are able to clic on the link provided and watch and learn a bit more with the video.
