In order to talk about my whole teaching experience I want to say that I have improved in many aspects.
I know that teaching is not easy, but if we have the passion and the motivation to teach we are going be excellent teachers, the only thing that we have to know is that what we want is teaching. All students have had hundreds of teachers in their lifetimes. A very few of these teachers they remember as being exceptionally good. What are the qualities that combine to create an excellent, and memorable teacher? Why do some teachers inspire students to work three times harder than they normally would do while others inspire students to skip class? Why do students learn more from some teachers than others?
If you are trying to become a better teacher, these are important questions. This issue of "Emphasis on Teaching" focuses on the four essential qualities that distinguish exceptional teachers: knowledge, communication skills, interest, and respect for students. That is why I have learned that teaching is not just to teach contents or transmit knoweledges, after taking didactis II and III, I have learned that teaching is not only that, because if I want to be an excellent teacher you have to innovate and I have to motivate my students in order that students learn better. Also I know that I have to make activities in which all the students get involve because if I want that everybody understand what I am teaching I have to involve everyone in different activities.
As a conclusion I have to say that I have learned some skills that great teachers need to take into account teachers need to:
Now, I can say that I have the passion and the motivation to teach. When I did my practice at junior high school I learned from my students, they were my inspiration to continue doing my best because they were so special with me; they were very attentive when I was teaching and when I asked them to participate, they did not refuse to do it and in that way they learned, and also I remember that when they had breaks they came to talk to me about the class or things they did not understand regarding my classes. I really felt they confident with me, and I really enjoyed that because that motivated me.
When I had to say GOOD BYE! They were really sad and also they gave me a present, and cried because it could be insignificant for others, but for me was so special and I thank GOD because during those semesters I have noticed that if I do my best and try to help my students, I am going to succeed in everything.
In my teaching practicum at high school I learned a lot, too. Although at the very beggining, I was afraid of doing my teaching practicum at high school for many reasons, then, I could notice that there was anything why to be afraid of because by the time I arrived at high school, the students had already known that I was going to teach them since the teacher had told them. I was nervous, but then, I felt more comfortable because the students were happy and they were paying attention, and when I asked them to participate, they did it, and it was so nice to have had those experiences with different students.

- know how to employ the most effective teaching and learning strategies to enable children and young people to make progress
- be able to assess what their pupils know, understand and can do, and then use this assessment to plan future teaching and learning activities
- have high expectations for all their pupils, of whatever class, race, gender or ability
- know how to motivate their pupils - to do this, they need to be effective role models for the pupils they teach.
